Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 20, 2026Please review this policy before registering or purchasing. For questions, email [email protected].
1. Operator and scope
This policy explains how Yongjia County Airun Technology Co., Ltd handles personal information in the MeshBuilder 3D website, workspace, plugins and support. Address: No. 68, Qiaotou Street, Qiaotou Village, Qiaotou Town, Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province, China. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2. Information and sources
Information you provide includes your username, password verification information, verification email address or phone number, verification codes, profile, uploaded images and models, prompts, task outputs and support messages. Transaction information includes order numbers, products, amounts, currency, payment status and refund records. Service access may also generate IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, task status, error and security logs. Sources include you, service use and necessary status information returned by payment or verification providers. Do not upload unauthorized third party personal information or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process necessary information to register and verify accounts, maintain accounts and sessions, execute tasks, store and deliver assets, provide credits and memberships, reconcile payments and refunds, answer support requests, prevent fraud and attacks, and comply with legal duties. Where applicable, legal grounds include performing a contract you request, legal obligations, your consent or other lawful grounds. Optional processing requiring consent will be separately disclosed and consent obtained; declining it does not affect unrelated basic functions.
4. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage for login tokens and session expiry, and cookies or local storage for language and theme preferences. Language and theme cookies currently last one year; local storage normally remains until you clear it or the application removes it. Manage these records by signing out, changing browser settings or clearing site data; you may need to sign in and reset preferences afterwards. If we introduce nonessential tracking requiring consent, we will provide separate notice and obtain consent as required.
5. Sharing, publication and payment information
Delivering services may require relevant necessary information to be processed by model processing, hosting and storage, email or SMS verification, payment and technical support providers. We disclose only necessary information for the relevant purpose and require confidentiality and security obligations from processors as applicable. Independent payment merchants process payment information under their own privacy policies. Support does not require full card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes to reconcile an order. Assets you intentionally publish or share may be accessible to others. Disclosures for legal requirements, protection of rights or corporate restructuring must comply with law and applicable notice duties.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information only as needed for its purposes and legal obligations. Account details and assets are generally used during service use to provide your account and task history; verification codes are handled according to validity periods and security needs. Following a verified closure or deletion request, information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. Transaction, tax, dispute and security records may require legal retention, and backups may need normal rotation cycles. This policy does not promise fixed automatic deletion periods that are not implemented. Contact us for the retention and deletion status of specific records.
7. Security and international processing
We apply access controls, password verification protections and security management appropriate to risks, but internet systems cannot guarantee absolute security. Report suspected disclosure or account anomalies promptly. Providers in different locations may involve international processing. Restricted international transfers must follow applicable notice, separate consent and other statutory safeguards. Ask our privacy contact for processing locations and provider details.
8. Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, copies, correction, deletion, account closure, withdrawal of consent, restriction, objection or portability. Email [email protected]. We verify identity and handle requests within applicable statutory periods without requesting unnecessary information. Withdrawal does not affect lawful prior processing. Deletion or closure may prevent services dependent on that information. You may also complain to a competent regulator.
9. Minors, updates and contact
Minors should use the service with guardian consent and supervision. Processing children’s personal information or other specially protected information requires applicable guardian consent and safeguards; guardians may request review or deletion. Updates are published on this page. Material changes will be notified as required, and renewed consent obtained where needed. Chinese and English versions explain the same processing rules without reducing rights under applicable law.
