MeshBuilder 3D

Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 20, 2026

Please review this policy before registering or purchasing. For questions, email [email protected].

1. Operator and scope

This policy covers MeshBuilder 3D digital services, credits and memberships provided by Yongjia County Airun Technology Co., Ltd. Address: No. 68, Qiaotou Street, Qiaotou Village, Qiaotou Town, Yongjia County, Zhejiang Province, China. Refund contact: [email protected]. No physical goods are shipped or returned.

2. When to request a refund

Request review and a refund for duplicate or incorrect charges, paid benefits not delivered, inability to provide purchased services due to platform issues, material failure to meet express pre-purchase commitments, or other circumstances required by law. You may request cancellation for unused credits or memberships whose performance has not begun. Contact us promptly to assist verification; this policy does not impose additional deadlines that restrict statutory rights.

3. Used benefits and partial refunds

For partially used orders, full or partial refunds are assessed fairly against delivered services, consumed credits, remaining membership duration, product conditions and applicable law, with the calculation explained. Correctly delivered and consumed services do not ordinarily receive an automatic full refund solely for a change of mind; service defects, statutory withdrawal and other mandatory refund rights remain protected. Digital product status does not remove consumer rights.

4. Failed tasks and credit reversals

Credit handling for failed tasks is verified against task status, actual charges and ledger records. Contact support with the task ID if a due reversal is missing. A credit reversal restores platform benefits and is different from a cash refund to a payment account. If a completed result has a material service defect, submit details and necessary evidence for review; completion status alone does not justify refusal.

5. How to apply and what to provide

Email [email protected] without signing in, or submit a workspace ticket if signed in. Provide your order number, account username or registration contact, payment date, product, reason and necessary payment evidence; task IDs or error screenshots may help. Provide only necessary information. Never send passwords, verification codes, card security codes or full card numbers. We verify ownership, payment and usage, then reply with the decision and reasons. Requests for further information must be proportionate to verification needs.

6. Refund method, timing and benefit adjustments

Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel to the original method. If that is impossible, a lawful alternative is verified and agreed according to provider requirements. Review and settlement timing depend on verification, payment provider, bank and local rules. We communicate the method and available progress information without promising settlement days not confirmed by the provider. Corresponding unused credits or membership benefits are withdrawn or adjusted; refunded benefits cannot be retained twice. Amounts, currency, taxes and exchange differences are reconciled under applicable law and provider rules.

7. Renewal cancellation and independent merchants

Orders without express automatic renewal authorization do not authorize renewal. Where renewal is expressly offered and authorized at checkout, cancel using the method disclosed at purchase. Cancelling future charges and refunding an existing order are separate matters. If an independent authorized reseller or merchant of record handles the transaction, its disclosed refund and withdrawal rules also apply. Where it must process the refund, we assist with delivery verification and forwarding the request without bypassing its transaction rules.

8. Statutory rights, appeals and updates

This policy does not restrict statutory withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund, compensation or payment dispute rights. Reply to the original email to request review, or seek lawful remedies through your payment provider, consumer protection authority or competent court. Mandatory law or merchant rules prevail where they conflict with this policy. Updates are published here without retroactively reducing confirmed order or statutory rights.
