Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 20, 2026Please review this policy before registering or purchasing. For questions, email [email protected].
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern the digital services available through MeshBuilder 3D (meshbuilder3d.com), its workspace and related plugins, operated by Yongjia County Airun Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us" or the "platform"). Registration requires your affirmative agreement. Before purchasing, also review the product description and checkout conditions. Please read the provisions on charges, refunds, content rights, termination and liability carefully. These Terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
2. Services and delivery
We provide digital services including AI assisted 3D generation, retopology, UV unwrapping, texturing and rigging, subject to feature availability. No physical goods are shipped. Tasks are processed in a queue and results become available in your account for preview or download. Processing time depends on complexity, capacity and connectivity. Purchased credits and membership benefits are delivered after payment confirmation; contact support with your order number if delivery fails.
3. Account eligibility and security
You must have legal capacity to enter a contract. Minors need guardian consent and supervision; purchases must be authorized by the person entitled to pay. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. Protect your password and verification codes. Do not impersonate others, share or sell accounts, or use payment instruments without authorization. Report suspicious access promptly. You remain protected against unauthorized transactions as required by law.
4. Prices, credits and memberships
The product and checkout pages disclose prices, currency, credits, membership duration, benefits, taxes and discounts before purchase. Credits pay for platform tasks; they are not currency, deposits or investments and cannot be traded or cashed out. Refunds are separate from cash withdrawals. Task charges follow the rules displayed before submission. Any applicable credit expiry or membership duration must be disclosed before purchase. Later price changes do not retroactively change confirmed orders.
5. Payments and renewals
Payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout, whose payment, verification and transaction conditions also apply. Check the product and amount before paying. These Terms do not authorize unapproved charges. Automatic renewal requires clear disclosure of the renewal price, interval and cancellation method at checkout and your express authorization. A purchase without such authorization is not consent to automatic renewal. Retain receipts and order records for billing and support.
6. Refunds and payment issues
You may request a refund for duplicate charges, paid benefits not delivered, inability to provide paid services due to platform issues, or other circumstances required by law. For unused credits or memberships whose performance has not begun, request cancellation so support can verify delivery and applicable law. Partially used purchases are assessed fairly based on services delivered and unused benefits; digital product status does not remove statutory rights. Task credit reversals differ from cash refunds and are checked against task records; discrepancies may be appealed. Email [email protected] with your order number, payment date, reason and necessary evidence. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card details. Verified refunds are processed through the applicable payment provider, normally to the original payment method; settlement time depends on that provider. Corresponding unused benefits are withdrawn after refund. Mandatory law and payment provider rules take precedence.
7. Your content and necessary permissions
Ensure that uploaded images, models, prompts and textures have lawful sources and necessary permissions and do not infringe intellectual property, likeness, privacy or other rights. Existing rights remain with you or their original owners. You grant the platform only the processing permissions necessary to execute tasks, store and display results, provide support and conduct security reviews; uploading does not transfer ownership. Before publishing or sharing, ensure you have publication rights. Contact support to request deletion or withdrawal. Legally retained records and lawful third party copies may remain.
8. Generated results and commercial use
You may use downloaded generated results, including commercially, to the extent permitted by law, your purchased plan and applicable third party licenses. We do not guarantee originality, uniqueness, copyright eligibility or dissimilarity to third party works. We do not obtain trademark, character or likeness permissions for you. Follow licenses attached to third party assets or models. Before production, 3D printing or commercial delivery, check quality, dimensions, structure, compatibility and rights. Do not use unverified outputs in applications that endanger personal safety.
9. Acceptable use and platform rights
Do not create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious, hateful, terrorist, child sexual exploitation or nonconsensual intimate content. Do not harass, invade privacy, commit payment fraud or evade applicable transaction restrictions. Do not attack systems, steal data, bypass access or billing limits, create abusive bulk accounts, exploit free benefits or obtain protected source code by unauthorized reverse engineering. Exceptions permitted by law, including applicable interoperability research, remain available. Platform software, trademarks, interfaces and documentation are protected; ownership is not transferred except by express agreement.
10. Personal information and third party services
The service processes account and verification information, uploads, task results, orders and necessary security logs for verification, task execution, billing, support and security. Task processing and payments may require sharing necessary information with relevant model, storage, verification and payment providers. Do not upload personal information without authority or unnecessary sensitive data. Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Identity verification and legally required retention of transaction and security records apply. Third party links and independent services are subject to their own terms.
11. Interruptions, suspension and termination
Maintenance, network failures, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control may interrupt service. We take reasonable measures to restore availability. Serious suspected violations or security risks may lead to restrictions; where reasonably practicable, reasons and an appeal channel are provided, except where urgent safety or legal requirements prevent this. You may stop using the service and request account closure. Download assets and resolve pending orders and refunds first. If we discontinue service or terminate paid benefits without your breach, we address unfulfilled paid services as required by law and do not arbitrarily forfeit unused benefits.
12. Warranties and liability
AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or unexpected results. Apart from express product commitments and legal requirements, we do not guarantee fitness of every output for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service. Each party is responsible for losses attributable to it under applicable law. These Terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, fraud or other nonexcludable liability, or restrict statutory refunds, remedies or compensation. Losses arising from your breach are assessed according to fault, causation and law; this is not an unlimited indemnity.
13. Changes, law and disputes
Updates are published here with a version and effective date. Material changes to prices, core benefits or liability require reasonable advance notice and renewed consent when legally required, and do not retroactively reduce existing order benefits. Contact support first to resolve disputes; unresolved issues may be taken to a competent court or consumer protection authority. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by the contracting parties, transaction location and mandatory law. These Terms do not remove local consumer protections or legal remedies. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
